Finalists of the 4th International Arte Laguna Prize |

 The Organization of the Arte Laguna Prize is pleased to inform all participants that the Prize Jury has selected 180 artists who have passed the first selection and the young artists for the special exhibition Under25 at the Palazzo Correr in Venice.
Moreover, the Organization is proud to announce that, considering the high quality of works in competition, it was decided to increase the artists number from 90 up to 135 that are going to have the opportunity to be the protagonsts of the Venice Arsenale exhibition from the 6th to 27th March 2010.
As previously announced, the works of all participants and finalist ones will be published on the Arte Laguna Prize Facebook page after the exhibition’s vernissage in the Venice Arsenale on 6th March 2010.

2009 Prize / Applications deadline |
 The deadline for the 4th Edition of Arte Laguna Prize is at 12.00 p.m. of 9th December 2009. Who may have problems with the on-line application have to call us from 09.00 a.m. on 10th December 2009 to these telephones numbers: 041.5937242 and 347.2790099. A copy of payment will be requested for validating the application. |

 The fourth edition of the Arte Laguna Prize confirms its innovative aim even in its final stages: a few days before the final deadline it confirms a collaboration with two important exhibition spaces: the Italian Institute of Culture in Prague and the Galleria Gagliardi of San Gimignano, in addition to last collaboration that came a few days ago with the Chilean gallery Die Ecke. For giving more time to all artists who wish to take advantage of these new opportunities to apply for the Prize, the organizers agreed that on-line applications will be open until the 9th December 2009.

Mail applications: extended until 26 november |
 Many entries in the last days for the Arte Laguna Prize 2009, so that the organization has decided to extend the applications by mail from 15 to 26 november: 10 more days for artists who haven't applied yet. If you thought the time was now running uot, don't worry: the Prize application by mail will not close anymore the 15th November as written in the “terms & conditions”. In fact, given the incredible turnout of entries received by the Prize Office in the last days, the organization has decided extend the applications by mail until the 26th of November, coinciding with the closing of the on-line entries, just to give enough time to all the candidates to the 2009 Prize edition.

 An incredible last minute news: the Die Ecke Gallery of Santiago in Chile has joined the Prize network, which goes beyond Europe's borders as well! One more reason to subscrive to the 4th edition of the Arte Laguna Prize is a new opportunity offered to all artists: the possibility of being selected for a personal exhibition in the famous Die Ecke Gallery in Santiago (Chile), that in these days has been included as partner of the Arte Laguna Prize 2009, complementing the other 15 galleries that make up the network that connects the art market to this famous art competition. An international 15 art galleries network |
 An important network of 15 Italian and international art galleries now are ready to choose new talented artists and new exhibitions in Vienna, London and Budapest are scheduled within the 2010 and the 2011.
Less than a month before the deadlines for the International Arte Laguna Prize 2009 (15th November for applications by mail and 26th November for the on-line ones) the Organization has presented relevant and interesting news for participants which are increasing the endowment of prizes, already important. |
